Album links – One page for every release
An album link is a single public page for each of your releases, with links to all the platforms. You share one address and your fans choose where they want to listen. Your links can be created automatically, before the release you can offer a Pre-Save, and all releases by Bez Labelu artists come together in a public list.
Album links are one of the add-on services in Artists Bez Labelu – in the left-hand menu under Album links. In the basic START plan, every artist gets them free of charge, including the widget and automatic creation. This article describes everything album links can do: How they are created, what the release page shows, how the Pre-Save and custom text work, the public list of releases and adding platform identifiers.
What the release page looks like
Each album link has its own address in the form artists.bezlabelu.cz/artist-release-title (the artist name and release title without diacritics), in Czech and in English (the English version has /en/ in the address). The page shows the cover art, title, artist name, release date and platform buttons – only for the platforms where we have actually found the release. Depending on your settings, the Artist profile, Artist's concerts & events and Bez Labelu playlists featuring the artist buttons are added, or your own text about the release. The page has a dark and a light mode, a language switch, a button for copying the link and, in the footer, links to other Bez Labelu releases, artists, events and playlists.
One link for everything
In your bio, in a video description, in your newsletter. Fans click and choose their platform.
Pre-Save before release
Fans save an upcoming release in advance and have it in their library on release day.
No work involved
With automation switched on, a link is created for each release by itself as soon as it is on the platforms.
You know how many people came
For each link, you can see the number of release page views and clicks through to the platforms.
How to create an album link
-
Manually with the Create link button
On the Album links page there is an “Albums ready for a link” card. A link can be created for any release that is in distribution and has at least one platform identifier (or a Pre-Save link). Once created, the address appears in the table of your album links. -
Automatically (recommended)
Automatic creation is switched off by default – you switch it on in the “Automatic album links” card with the Turn on automatic creation button. Until you switch it on (or create a link manually), nothing is made public. Once it is on, links are created for all eligible releases straight away, and for each further release by itself as soon as the platforms publish it – usually on release day. You receive an email with the address of every new link. If you have the STANDARD plan or higher, a Pre-Save link is also created automatically for upcoming releases. -
From the release detail
In the release detail in the Music releases section, you can see whether the release has an album link (including the number of views), and you can also get to its management from there.
We add platform identifiers (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Deezer, TIDAL…) automatically based on the UPC/EAN and ISRC. For brand-new releases this can take a few days – we check them as a priority every day. Opening the release detail also helps, as missing identifiers are looked up when you do. A release that has not come out yet gets its identifiers on release day; until then, you can share the Pre-Save link.
Managing your links
In the table of your album links, each release shows its address (CZ and EN version with a Copy button), the number of views and clicks, its status and actions. Hide switches the page off temporarily – the address stays yours and you can bring it back at any time with the Restore button (only you can see a hidden link, with a notice at the top). Settings opens the link options, custom text and widget code. Links created automatically carry an “auto” label, upcoming releases an “Upcoming” label and releases that are no longer in distribution a “Removed from distribution” label.
The Explanations switch in the top right turns on descriptions for each card – just like in the statistics. Handy the first time you go through it.
What the link shows
In the link Settings, you control what else appears on the release page. Some options are always on in the lower plans (a greyed-out checkbox with a note saying from which plan they can be changed):
| Option | START | STANDARD | PREMIUM |
|---|---|---|---|
| Link to the artist's public profile | always | optional | optional |
| Link to upcoming events | always | optional | optional |
| Link to Bez Labelu playlists featuring the artist | always | always | optional |
| Listed in the public releases list | always | optional | optional |
“Always” = the option is switched on in that plan and cannot be switched off. The profile or events button only appears if you have a profile or an upcoming event.
Pre-Save before release
You share the Pre-Save link before the release: Fans save the upcoming release to their library in advance and it appears there by itself on release day. The link can be generated from the STANDARD plan for releases with a future release date, as soon as the release has been delivered to the platforms (it does not have to be published yet). You will find it in the “Pre-Save before release” card – create it with the Generate Pre-Save link button, copy it and share it instead of the regular link. An album link can be created before the release: Until release day, the release page shows a large Pre-save button, and the platform buttons appear once their identifiers come in. The PREMIUM plan also unlocks statistics for the Pre-Save link. The Campaign planner will remind you in your campaign plan when to generate the link and start sharing it.
Pre-Save links are provided by the third-party service found.ee. By creating a link, you accept its terms – the app will let you know when you create it. It is a paid service that Bez Labelu clients have included in the price of their plan. The Pre-Save only works until release day; if you generate it again, the old link may stop working. We write about Pre-Saves in general in the article Pre-Save link.
Custom text about the release
In the PREMIUM plan, you can add a short text to the release page – in Czech and in English, up to 700 characters per language (filling in one language is enough). The text goes through a word filter and we approve it manually: Once submitted, it carries a “Text awaiting approval” label, and until we decide you can still edit or withdraw it. You receive an email about the approval or rejection (with the reason); you can correct a rejected text and submit it again. An approved text can be changed once a year from the last approval – you can see the date from which this will be possible in Settings, together with the currently published text.
Widget for your website
The widget is a small card (recommended size 360 × 110 px) with the cover art, release title, artist name and platform icons that open the platform directly; the magnifying glass with the Bez Labelu gradient opens the full album link. The artist name links to your public profile if you have published one and the option is switched on. You will find the embed code in the link Settings – paste it into an HTML block on your website, and the widget adapts to your website's colours. For an upcoming release, you can also embed a widget with a countdown and a Pre-save button on your website – see the article Release countdown on your website.
Public list of releases
All releases by Bez Labelu artists with a public album link come together on the page artists.bezlabelu.cz/vydani (in English /en/releases). Each release has a card with the cover art, artist name (linking to the profile), date, genre, number of recordings and a Single / EP / Album label based on the number of recordings – just as Spotify does it: Up to 3 recordings is a single, 4 to 6 an EP, 7 or more an album (more in the article Single vs. EP vs. Album). Upcoming releases carry a “Coming soon” label and a Pre-save button, released ones discreet platform icons.
The list can be filtered by title or artist (with suggestions), genre, year, release type and upcoming releases only; sorted from newest, from oldest, by title, by artist or randomly, and the Shuffle button mixes up the cards on the page. Releases load 50 at a time. The “all releases” link on your profile opens the list filtered to you only. The list only includes visible (not hidden) album links; releases with the “Listed in the public releases list” option switched off are not in it, and releases removed from distribution never are.
Platform IDs: When a platform button is missing
A platform button only appears on the release page if we know the identifier of the release (and its recordings) on that platform. We add them automatically, and for the vast majority of releases you do not need to do anything. If a platform is still missing, open the Platform IDs page for the link (a detailed guide is in the article Release and recording identifiers for add-on services and where to get them):
-
Look up automatically
The button starts a lookup right now (Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer, TIDAL, YouTube Music). It can be used at most once every 10 minutes for a single release; some platforms have daily limits, so if nothing is found, try again later. -
Add manually
Open the release or recording on the platform, copy the link from the address bar (or via Share) and paste it into the field. Before saving, we verify that the link really leads to this release or this recording (by ISRC, UPC or title) – someone else's recording cannot be saved. For YouTube, it must be the official recording from YouTube Music, not just any video; an album on YouTube Music is a playlist link starting with OLAK. Amazon Music cannot be looked up automatically – add the link or ASIN manually (how to find it is described in the article Spotify URI, Apple Music ID and Amazon Music ASIN). -
Check
Manually added identifiers carry a “manual” label and we check them further; if a platform does not respond at that moment, we save them flagged for verification. Identifiers we already have cannot be changed – if one of them is wrong, write to us at info@bezlabelu.cz and we will correct it.
A release removed from distribution
When you remove a release from distribution, its album link does not disappear – the address keeps working, but instead of the platform buttons, the page shows the text “This release is no longer in distribution”. In link management, the link carries a “Removed from distribution” label, it is not in the public list of releases, and a new link cannot be created for such a release.
Album link plans
You will find current prices in the add-on services price list in the app; how the plans work is described in the article Add-on services – Plans and payments.

An album link replaces paid “smart link” services – you get your own page for every release free of charge, under your name, with no third-party ads and with a link to your profile. If you use a link-in-bio page such as Linktree, put the album link of your latest release in it – more in the article Linktree: Why and how to use it.
