New Messages section in Artists Bez Labelu
Artists Bez Labelu now has a Messages section. You can write to us about anything there and find the reply in the same place – together with everything we have discussed on the topic before.
You will find Messages in the left-hand menu. Click New message, choose what the message is about – for example a specific release, task, music video, request or payments – and write what you need. You can also attach screenshots and documents. We can resolve your issue faster in Messages than by email, because we can see straight away what it concerns, along with the entire previous conversation.
One topic = one thread
Each matter has its own thread with the full history. Nothing gets lost among emails.
You won't miss a reply
You will see it in the menu and in the bar at the bottom right, and you will get an email with a preview. Please reply in Messages, though.
Always at hand
The button at the bottom right opens the conversation on any page of the app – you don't have to leave a release you are working on.
Questions about tasks
Every task has an Ask a question button. We have moved existing conversations about tasks into Messages.
We still read emails and reply to them. But when you are logged in, it is better to write to us in Messages – we will reply faster and the whole conversation stays together.
