Payments and payment gateway

We present our prices and services on www.bezlabelu.cz; orders and payments take place in Artists Bez Labelu: The registration fee (account activation), add-on services from the cart, the fee for an artist created by a label, a change of artist name and a one-off request in the Spotify for Artists service. We issue an invoice for every payment – you will find it in the app under My payments & invoices.

Bank transfer to our account with a QR code

Once you place the order, you get the payment details – account number, variable symbol and a QR code for mobile banking – in the app and by email. As soon as the payment reaches our account, we match it automatically by the variable symbol and the order is processed on its own. A payment in EUR or USD (if the app offers it to you) goes to our account in that currency; we match those manually.

Online payment by card or online banking

Online payments are provided by Comgate, a.s., a licensed payment institution supervised by the Czech National Bank (Comgate payment gateway). The payment takes place on the gateway’s secure payment page over an encrypted connection. Your card details and bank login never reach us. The payment page shows which methods are currently available.

Card payment

1. In your order in Artists, choose online payment and click Pay online.
2. On the payment page, enter your Visa or Mastercard card details. Depending on your device, the page may also offer Google Pay or Apple Pay.
3. Confirm the payment with your bank, usually in its mobile app (3D Secure verification).
4. You return to Artists. Once the payment is confirmed, the order is processed automatically.

Online banking (bank payment button)

1. In your order in Artists, choose online payment and click Pay online.
2. On the payment page, choose your bank and log in to your internet banking.
3. Check the pre-filled payment order (the amount and recipient cannot be changed) and confirm it.
4. You return to Artists. The payment is usually confirmed right away and the order is processed automatically.

Royalty offset

If you have a royalty balance with us, you can pay for add-on services by offset – the amount is deducted from your balance and the service is activated right away. Offset is only available in CZK.
