Printable poster with a QR code
An A4 or A3 poster in 300 dpi print quality for a gig, a release or your profile. The QR code leads to the album link, the event page or your public profile – people can scan you straight off the wall, the merch table or the rehearsal room.
You create the poster in Promo studio in a couple of minutes. The event or release details are filled in automatically – all you need to do is pick a look and download the PNG.
How to do it
Source and format. Choose what the poster is for – an event, a release or your public profile – and the A4 or A3 format. For an event, the date, time and venue are filled in automatically.
Look. Gradient, Dark, Light, Cover, Colour (a colour of your choice or a gradient of two colours) or Own image from the backgrounds saved in Promo studio. The text and logo switch to light or dark automatically according to the background brightness.
Headline and extra line. The headline is set according to the source (for example Live or Out now), or you can write your own. The extra line is for something like “Launch party on 12 December at Kasárna Karlín – free entry” or “Tickets CZK 150”.
QR code and download. Switch the QR code on or off (the Bez Labelu logo can be hidden in the PREMIUM plan of Promo studio) and click Download print PNG.

- Print borderless or with trim.
- Keep the QR code at least 3 cm wide.
- Test the QR code with your phone before printing.
- The cover art is in full resolution, so it stays sharp even on A3.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need the gig in Events to make a gig poster?
Yes. An event poster takes the date, time and venue from Events, so add the event there first.
Can I edit the poster in another program?
Yes, you download it as a PNG and can keep working with it. But do not alter or shrink the QR code – it must stay readable.
