Invitations and personal link – Bring in other artists and give them perks

You will find invitations in Artists Bez Labelu in the left-hand menu under Invitations. They are available to every approved artist and cost nothing – no plan, no credits. This is not a commission scheme: We do not pay you money for the artists you bring in; the perks go to the person you invite, and you collect badges in Milestones. This article describes both ways of inviting, the exact perks for the invitee, how registration through an invitation works and what you will see in your overview.

What the invitee gets

Perks for the invitee. The discounts are applied automatically – the invitee does not enter any code.

The discount on add-on services is applied automatically in the cart and covers all add-on services (public profile, album links, playlists, events, classifieds, feedback and Promo studio). Only one discount ever applies, the higher one – the invitee discount cannot be combined with a bundle discount or a discount coupon.

VIP invitation by email

1. Enter the invitee's email
   We send the invitation from our address with your name, in Czech or English depending on the language of your account. Only one invitation can be sent to each email address; anyone who already has a Bez Labelu account will not receive it, and you cannot invite yourself. By sending an invitation, you agree to the Add-on Services Terms and Conditions.
2. Follow the status
   In the list of sent invitations, you can see who it went to, when, and its status: Sent → Registered (including the artist name) → Activated (account approved).
3. Keep an eye on the yearly limit
   You can send 6 invitations per calendar year – the app shows how many you have left. Once they are used up, your personal link keeps working.

Personal link and widget

Your personal link has the form artists.bezlabelu.cz/pozvanka/CODE (in English /en/invite/CODE). It leads to a public page “Invitation from your name” with your photo from your public profile (if you have published one), an overview of the perks, three “How it works” steps, an honest note about the fees and a registration button. Anyone who registers from this page gets the perks automatically – they do not enter any code. On the Invitations page, you can see how many people have registered through your link.

When turned off, both the link and the widget return “not found”; email invitations keep working. The link only works for an active, approved account that has not been terminated.

How registration through an invitation works

1. Registration
   The invitee clicks the link in the email or on your invitation page and fills in the registration in Artists. At the top, they see a banner “You're registering on the invitation of …” with the fee price and the discount on services. The perks are tied to their account – it does not matter what is in the address.
2. Registration fee directly in Artists
   After registering, the invitee sees the Complete your registration screen. The fastest way is a transfer from a Czech bank: The app generates payment details with a QR code and a variable symbol, matches the payment automatically and activates the account by itself – usually within a few minutes of the payment being sent. Anyone who wants to pay differently (by card, via Google Pay / Apple Pay or from a foreign bank) uses the Pay another way button, which leads to the payment page on the website, and we approve the account manually, usually within 24 hours. The fee is one-off, and we always issue an invoice for the payment.
3. Activation and discount
   Activating the account starts the 90-day period during which the invitee has a discount on add-on services. They appear in your overview in the People you brought in section with the note “from invitation” or “via link”.

What you see in your overview

At the top of the Invitations page there are four numbers: Invitations sent, registered from invitations, activated accounts and registrations via link. Below that is the list of sent invitations with their status, your personal link (in Czech and English) with a switch, the widget code with a preview and the People you brought in section. On top of that, you collect badges for the artists you bring in, in the Invitations category of Milestones – for your first invitation, your first registration via link, five and ten registered accounts, or five activated accounts.
