We've added online chat with our support team to Artists Bez Labelu
Artists Bez Labelu now has an online chat. If you need to discuss something quickly, you don't have to wait for a reply by email – the chat is right in the app once you log in.
After logging in to Artists Bez Labelu, you'll now notice a chat button in the bottom right corner. The chat is available exclusively to logged-in users – that is, registered clients with an account. For anyone not yet registered, the contact remains the email address info@bezlabelu.cz.
How the chat works
The chat is only available after you log in to Artists Bez Labelu – not on the public website.
If we're not online at the moment, your message stays saved and we'll reply at the earliest opportunity.
For more complex questions, attachments or things that need to be in writing, keep using email.
Chat and your data
The chat runs on a secure, GDPR-compliant platform and data is transferred encrypted. Only the Bez Labelu team reads the conversations. Still, never send passwords, payment card numbers or other sensitive details in the chat.
We prefer communicating by email because it leaves a trail and is easier to look up later. The chat is handy for quick questions or for checking a piece of information. If you're dealing with something more complex – especially anything concerning licences, payouts or technical problems – please write to info@bezlabelu.cz instead.
