Which account we pay royalties to

We send royalties to the account in your profile at the moment you request the payout.

One account number, one rule. Read on – it’s simple, but important to know.

When you request a royalty payout, we send it to the bank account number given in your user account at that moment. Before you send the request, the app shows it to you along with your other details, you confirm they are correct, and the account number is saved directly with the request.

A simple rule

What counts is the account number valid at the moment the request is sent – changing the account later won’t redirect that payout. We have 30 days from the request to pay out royalties – but the money usually reaches an account at a Czech bank within a few hours to a few days.

In practice, this means: If you change the account number in your user profile after submitting a request, the payout in progress will still go to the account given in the request, and the new account will only be used for your next request. So if you are changing your account, do it before you request a payout. We’ll also send you a security email about every change of bank account.

How quickly the payout arrives

We process royalty payouts within 30 days of receiving the request at the latest – in practice, the money usually reaches an account at a Czech bank within a few hours to a few days, and payments in euros within a few days. You’ll find the details in the article How long a royalty payout takes.

A payout can’t be sped up. If you’ve sent the request, everything is fine – keep an eye on your account and wait. Repeated requests or emails won’t speed up the process. Only contact us at info@bezlabelu.cz if your royalties haven’t arrived within 30 days of your request.

When to request a payout in the first place

You can only request a royalty payout once your balance reaches at least 1,000 CZK. We describe the rules and the only exception to this threshold in detail in the article No exceptions: The minimum royalty payout threshold.

Without a correctly entered account, there will be no payout. Without a bank account number and a phone number in your profile, you can’t even request a payout, and an incorrectly entered account will delay it.
