Royalties are not wages. Bez Labelu is not your employer and does not withhold tax for you; you handle taxation yourself according to your situation.
In Czechia, income from licensing rights is usually taxed as income from self-employment. You can download the supporting documents (annual payout confirmation, statement of movements) in Documents and statements. In case of doubt, consult a tax adviser.
